Position Overview:
The Investment Administrator will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day administrative operations related to the company's investment activities and initiatives. This person will provide administrative support in the due diligence process, maintaining accurate records of closing documents and due diligence files.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to due diligence team throughout the process and ensure accuracy of all documentation.

Assist with the reviewing and renewal of consulting agreements and certificates of insurance compliance

Update and maintain draw summary and balance sheet project draw list for development projects

Provide information to lenders as needed for project financing

Assist legal team with various administrative projects during financing

Create schedules for completion of purchase and sale agreements and assignment and assumption of contracts and leases

Coordinate contract execution and closing documents for real estate transactions

Order office supplies and coordinate meetings as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

1 year or more of experience in a similar role

Commercial Real Estate experience (mixed use, retail, industrial, office, or similar)
