Generalresponsibilities:
- Transportation of medical implants andinstruments to hospitals and other offices.
- Interact and build rapport with hospital staffto ensure proper placement of shipments within hospitals, and completion ofcorresponding paperwork.
- Communicate with sales teams on delivery/pickupdetails.
- At times may be required to learn surgicalinstrumentation trays and reset them on site as well as enter sterilizationdepartment to complete pickups/deliveries.
- Vehicle maintenance (washing, fueling,coordinating inspection/repair).
- May be required to be in the on-call rotationfor evenings/weekends.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, restocking, andreturning inventory and corresponding computer transactions.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
JobQualifications:
- GED or HS diploma required; bachelor’s degreepreferred.
- Driver position must have a working cell phone.
- Basic computer and technology skills (email,text, etc)
- Prior driving experience is a plus.
- Prefer 2 year’s experience in a warehouse,inventory control, or logistics operations role.
