Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their educational and emotional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Montessori Theory.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Prepare and guide students in a Montessori environmen.
- Assess student progress through record keeping.
- Provide constructive feedback to families to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum materials
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Stay updated on current educational trends and best practices
Lead Teacher Experience:
- Montessori Certified
- 12 or more ECE Units
- Proven experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of Montessori Teaching Method
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with children ages 2-6 years old
Assistant Teacher:
- 12 or more ECE Units
- Proven experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of Montessori Teaching Method
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with children ages 2-6 years old
