Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the baker in the preparation of made-from-scratch breads, pastries, and desserts served daily at breakfast, lunch, après ski, and dinner according to approved/successful recipes

Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to complete all steps in the baking process

Ensure the proper HACCP handling and labeling of food

Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of kitchen areas

Assist chefs and kitchen staff as necessary

Follow both written and verbal directions
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen experience

Must be able to obtain a valid Utah food handler permit

Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials
Work Schedule
- Exact hours set by lead baker, generally 2:00 am – 11:00 am, or until tasks complete

Weekend and Holiday work required.

No vacation as this is a seasonal position.
Accommodations
- This is a live in position. Onsite housing available. Bi weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day.

Off-site housing is also available in our employees housing at the base of the canyon available for a bi-weekly room and board charge of $100 includes three meals a day
