Education/Certifications/Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Has a valid state accredited management food safety certification.
Has state accredited server and manager alcohol serving certifications.
Must be computer literate and be able to speak, read and write in English.
Must have flexibility to work various nights, weekends and shifts.
Basic Job Responsibilities
People
Assists in turnover reduction through consistent on the job coaching, training, cross-training and developing.
Leads Team in daily pre-shift meetings to communicate sales, cleanliness and product information.
Sales
Leads and inspires hospitality and genuine guest interactions.
Teaches and holds team accountable for all SOPs in their area of expertise.
Acts as a role model in conduct, dress and Guest interactions by performing all duties and responsibilities according to 32 Shea's General Standards of Conduct.
Safety
An advocate and driver of creating safe spaces for our team and guests.
Consistently uses restaurant checklists and calendars to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Utilizes all tools in 32 Shea's Food Safety Program to manage products in the restaurant.
Educates self and teaches team on alcohol laws and safe serving standards if working in the front of house.
Profits
Completes all opening and/or closing procedures as assigned.
Ensures all guests are satisfied by resolving guest issues or concerns quickly and graciously.
Manages labor costs through active shift management to ensure coverage and operational efficiencies.
Knowledgeable on all restaurant recipes and holds Team Members accountable to deliver on the standards.
Documents, reports and addresses opportunities with any Guest or Team incidents.
Personal
Timeliness and attendance are a top priority; time away from work is approved and taken in accordance with 32 Shea policies.
