We are seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients both in-store and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, facilitating purchases, negotiating terms, completing paperwork, and providing administrative support. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients and guiding them through the process of selling their vehicles to our company. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions of vehicle purchases with clients.

Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Negotiate transactions related to vehicle purchases.

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone/text email or in person.

Schedule appointments for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, purchases, and paperwork.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
