Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full time, 12-month exempt Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Revenue and Partnership in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). This position reports to the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (VP of DEI) and will collaborate closely. They will provide support to the VP of DEI by building internal and external collaborations, relationships, fundraising, programs, and strategies that promote and advance diversity, equity, inclusion and align with Clark College’s overarching equity-centered strategic plan, vision, and priorities. This person is a community builder and strategist dedicated to driving social impact and assisting the college in creating a campus climate that is inclusive, culturally engaging, and anti-racist.
This is a key position at Clark College that will provide equity leadership and consultation to various departments, groups, and community partners. The Director is responsible for defining, executing, evaluating, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and innovation as related to growing and scaling the annual Northwest Regional Equity Conference (NWREC). Responsibilities for the conference will include leading, planning, directing, and fundraising efforts. They will growing community-centered diversity, equity and inclusion programming through our Community and Continuing Education courses. The director will create DEI-centered strategic partnerships and provide leadership around internal and external community engagement to college departments, community partners, and organizations.
The person in this position will join a team of passionate, social-justice minded professionals and have an opportunity to interact with employees, students, and community members on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will manage the intercultural competency and engagement of systemically non-dominant employees to facilitate an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment at Clark College.
This position is a full-time 12-month, exempt position with a year-to-year contract. The expected duration is through August 2025. Continuation beyond is dependent upon funding.

SALARY RANGE: $80,138 - $92,791 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
