Line Cook
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the development and planning of menus.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or culinary field preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent knife skills for food preparation.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
