Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client as a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis. This role involves performing data entry tasks in our association management system, managing various responsibilities related to membership administration, and ensuring the accuracy of information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks in the association management system, including:
- Name changes
- Chapter changes
- Updating membership contact information
- Assisting with/creating website credentials
- Issuing receipts
- Requesting invoices
- Tracking mailed membership applications
- Monitoring weekly ticket reporting
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy
- Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
- Minimum 9 months of experience with databases (any database is acceptable)
- Data Entry experience is required
- Relevant experience in Concierge/Customer Service/Call Center environment
- No degree required, but relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Schedule:
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- On-site work required on Tuesdays/Wednesdays
- Laptop provided
