KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with your managing Agent as an integral team member.
- Support with various administrative tasks delegated by your managing Agent.
- Maintain and organize lead databases effectively.
- Proactively contact prospects to generate quoting opportunities for your assigned Agent.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients via phone, email, and mail.
- Educate clients on discount activation, update their contact details, and redirect coverage queries to the licensed Agent.
- Generate calls for insurance quotes by sending personalized handwritten cards, postcards, and typed letters to prospects.
- Assist in reviewing property inspection results.
- Obtain necessary signatures for applications and other required documents.
- Manage your Agent's calendar and assist with administrative tasks to optimize their client interaction time.
- Assist the agency with administrative duties such as address verification for returned mail, payment processing, and other non-licensed tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in data entry and reporting.
- Strong administrative writing skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to professionalism.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow, aiming to progress into a Licensed Agent position.
