Requirements of the Sales Representative
- Willingness to work alone in the field with minimal supervision.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to present sales pitch professionally.
- Highly motivated and ability to be persistent.
- Positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Team player (member of a front-line sales crew).
- Familiar with tablets and/or Apple iPads.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities of Sales Representative
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, cultivating relationships, and driving sales opportunities for our roofing services.
- This role involves direct interaction with homeowners and business owners, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Canvassing and Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential customers in target neighborhoods.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
