Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Provider Recruitment to join our team. This role is remote-friendly, fast-paced, and involves regular travel. The Manager of Provider Recruitment will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract and onboard Optometrists for our organization.
Responsibilities:
1.Help develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
2. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with others on the Business Development team.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, industry associations, and educational institutions to expand the candidate pipeline.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
7. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the Optometrist recruitment process.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and guidelines.
10. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences as needed, which may require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales and recruitment, with a focus on provider recruitment preferred
3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in CRMs or other recruitment software.
8. Willingness to travel for recruitment opportunities and meetings.
9. Professional certification in recruitment is a plus.
