We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, and ensuring efficient coordination within a landscaping construction/maintenance setting.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers
- Manage and update calendars
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Maintain confidentiality
- Use integrated office systems for scheduling purposes
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling
- Familiarity with our industry
- Proficiency in using office software such
- Strong organizational and communication skills
