Material Coordinator: District Level
Works with facility manager for router control to assure progression is followed.
Responsible for making sure all work required on equipment is transferred from router to W/O in live
Notifies Parts Coordinator parts have been entered and are ready to be released to shop for rebuild.
Responsible for working with dispatch on tracking equipment sent for 3rd party repair.
Responsible for making sure all 3rd party repairs are reviewed from vendor and attached to the appropriate W/O and charged back accordingly before being entered for PO.
Close out W/O and notify Facility Manager of need for approval
Send finalized bill to necessary personnel for billing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in material coordination or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Proficient in using inventory management software or systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
