Major job responsibilities of the Dietary Supervisor include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Dietary Supervisor will assist the Food Service Director as needed to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
- The Dietary Supervisor will assure that quality nutritional services are provided and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner as per current federal, state and local regulations, as well as facility and departmental policies and procedures.
- Shift Availability : Full-Time
- 12 pm - 8 pm
Job Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited dietetics course approved by NYS
One plus years experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care dietary department is a must
Salary Commensurate with experience
