Job Title: Office Manager

Our office manager will concentrate on all aspects of office Discipline, office organization, staff training, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Setting, performance evaluation, enhance overall performance, supervise administrative staff and so on. Also the candidate will be responsible to make sure staff is on task and is completing work in a timely manner.
The Responsibilities are included, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure all departments are functioning optimally.
- Supervise, oversee, and guarantee timely completion of staff tasks.
- Develop and implement structured comprehensive training programs for employees, both new hires and existing staff.
- Create and implement employee improvement plans as needed to enhance overall performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations of employees in collaboration with department managers.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and measure employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on projects assigned by senior management and perform various duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- Proven experience as office manager or similar role for at least 3 years in office setting.
- Previous experience in supervising administrative staff is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in training development and implementation.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reporting and research abilities.
