**Clinical Director**
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director/Program Director to join our team and oversee the clinical operations and programs at our Therapeutic Boarding School. As a key leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the therapeutic environment and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for all treatment programs within the Residential Treatment Center.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in clinical treatment and documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and external agencies to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical services.
- Serve as a resource and liaison for families, community partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a residential treatment setting, with a strong background in mental health and/or addiction treatment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of clinical professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to residential treatment facilities.

Pay: $86,946.00 - $94,570.00 per year
