Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to increase efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes.
Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems to improve production processes
- Program and troubleshoot distributed control systems and logic controllers
- Create and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on automated equipment
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and testing
Skills:
- Proficiency in tooling, machining, and robot programming
- Experience with CGMP standards and Fanuc robotics
- Knowledge of distributed control systems and logic controllers
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance
