Job Summary:
- Under supervision of the Lab Manger, the primary role is to install and setup customer parts and components and monitor testing per customer procedures and specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, setup and teardown customer supplied parts and components using, but not limited to, the following test equipment: electrodynamic shakers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and burners/environmental chambers.
- Perform measurement and initial data quality checks.
- Perform testing as instructed and record/log testing results.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Become proficient with various controllers used to operate test equipment (PLC controllers, MTS, Vibration Research).
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow and comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications/Experience:
- Required education: High School diploma
- Desired education: Associate degree in an engineering or science related field, equivalent technical or vocational schooling, or 4 years experience within the testing field.
- PQT and durability testing within a technical area is preferred (automotive, aerospace, defense).
- Mechanical aptitude and computer skills required.
- Strong oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must have reliable transportation, be willing to work overtime and weekends, and be able to pass drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
