Job Location: Position within San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, CA MSA; work from home Job Duties:
- Meet with customers to design and develop keyboard specifications;
- Provide all aspects of technical and customized solutions to customers in order to integrate Sunrex's solutions into their products;
- Plan, coordinate, and implement the keyboard manufacturing projects;
- Coordinate among all the internal sales marketing, testing, technical support and operation team members to follow through project issues, report and take care of customer's feedbacks, and see to their resolutions;
- Provide technical interface between manufacturer and US design and development team;
- Provide design assistance to overseas factory on any remodeling and compatibility of Sunrex's keyboard products;
- Coordinate the design and development teams to ensure meeting of software and hardware requirements for each project;
- Create, track, and control project cost expenditures, revenues, and invoicing to ensure costs are within project budget;
- Track, manage and report on project action items to ensure timely completions;
- Define and propose opportunities for company's customer support services.
