We are one of the leading Business Development and communication firms in the greater Orlando area. We recently started working with one of the fastest-growing companies in the region, and due to our projected growth this year, we are hiring new Assistants to join our business development team immediately.
The objective is to create and execute field marketing and business development strategies to generate exposure for our clients while increasing sales opportunities. We need a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Assistant ready to create campaign strategies and implement them to see positive and effective results.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Assistant:
- Develop and execute field marketing and business development strategies to increase awareness and generate revenue for our newest client
- Deliver interactive product presentations on the most advanced technological solutions in the telecommunications industry
- Utilize exceptional customer service and active listening skills while executing business development strategies
- Continuously participate in training classes, virtual webinars, and team-building sessions
- Create long-lasting positive relationships with all customers and maintain them once the sale is complete
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to generate creative solutions to rebuttals and objections
- Achieve sales goals in the allotted territory through the promotion of products and services
Qualities and Skills Necessary of our Business Development Assistant:
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications or related fields preferred but not required
- Work experience in sales, retail, customer service, technology, business development, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Capacity to problem-solve, show self-discipline, and maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations
- Fantastic in-person communication and active listening skills
- Capable of showing empathy and compassion to potential consumers
- Confidence and perseverance are critical attributes to succeed in this role
- Self-starter with the ability to set achievable goals and strive for them
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
