About the Position
Columbus Area Speech Therapy has a need for 1 full time or 2 part-time SLPs for a public elementary school.
You will appreciate the pace in this rural, highly rated school district with a hometown feel. The staff and administration are warm-hearted, friendly, fun and engaging, as well as very supportive and accommodating of their special education program.
Your schedule will include time built into your week for report writing etc. You will be provided with charts of IEP/ETR due dates, premade data sheets for each student and an established management system including data collection.
The district has experienced, in-person SLPs to see the preschool caseload, RTI students and needy students. Those SLPs can help you with onboarding and if you have questions or need additional information/support throughout the year. An aide will be in-person with your virtual students to provide any needed support.

● Completing progress reports
* Must have experience working in Ohio schools and doing online therapy. Preference given to those with online school experience. Must have ODE Pupil Services License or Registration. The district prefers an SLP with a Medicaid billing number or one who is willing to obtain this.
Pay is for direct & indirect services, 7.5 hours paid per day. If you return for a second school year, your rate will increase to $55/hour.
