We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team. This position can be performed remotely or in the office, providing technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong technical background to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or remote assistance
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and update software applications
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
