Essential Functions: Under the supervision of the Director of Academic Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination of a wide range of moderate to complex clerical, administrative, and operational support in the Office of Planning and Budget. The incumbent will assist with various responsibilities such as in-person office reception, answer multi-line phone system, maintain calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, coordinate events, organize travel arrangements, process fiscal paperwork that includes travel, requisitions, POs, vendor payments and DPRs, receive and distribute mail/packages, prepare and distribute meeting materials, and process paperwork for related tasks. The incumbent will be tasked with event budgeting, purchasing office supplies and tracking inventory, and performs basic financial reconciliations. The incumbent may also provide administrative assistance to other units within the Academic Affairs Division and assist in interactions with various administrators, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. At the request of the Director of Academic Resources, the incumbent will work on special projects and initiatives that support the Office of Planning and Budget and other units within the Academic Affairs Division. Assignments require handling of multiple work priorities and the use of independent and sound judgment to make decisions as well as interpret and apply a wide range of policies and procedures.
