Join Our Team as a Help Desk Administrator!
Hybrid Position: On-Site (Troy, MI office 2-3 days/week) and Remote!
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and customer support? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in managing our Help Desk ticket system and supporting our internal team and Appraisal Management Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Management: Plan, prioritize, and schedule help desk activities to ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time. Manage and respond to Help Desk tickets, performing remote troubleshooting and determining the best solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment, and respond to security alerts. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Customer Assistance: Deliver accurate information on IT products or services, record events and problems, and follow up on customer status and information.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures. Lead and assist the Director of Information Systems with major projects and network upgrades.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of office automation products, databases, remote control, computer systems, and mobile devices.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Education: BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs.
