We are currently seeking tenured and ambitious Hospitality professionals to join our team. Candidates should be High Energy, Results Driven Restaurant Professionals who bring their A-Game every single shift, with experience in both High Volume and High-Touch Dining, a penchant for crafting unforgettable dining experiences! As a Hospitality Manager you are a Brand Champion, responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful operation of the entire venue, including the Culinary and Entertainment Departments. You will achieve this by ensuring an outstanding guest experience, achieving financial targets, managing consistency in food preparation and presentation, recruiting and developing staff, and execution of safety / sanitation standards, in addition to specifically assigned AORs.
Essential Requirements:
- MANDATORY: Currently employed in and actively pursuing a progressive management career in the Hospitality industry
- 3+ years of High Volume Management experience in a casual or polished casual restaurant with an annual sales volume of $4M or greater
- Hands-on, Detail-Orientated and Career-Minded Management Professional with Outstanding Time Management and Inter-personal Skills
- Guest-Focused and P&L Driven.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and think creatively to achieve results
- Culinary or Hospitality Degree or Certification are preferred but not required
Required Functions for All Restaurant Leaders:
- Increase year over year top line sales through local store marketing and guest satisfaction.
- Effectively manage venue operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience while achieving financial targets
- Work hands on with the team, in any area of the restaurant
- Promote Brand Integrity by adhering to all Company Standards, Recipes, Health Codes and all other Established Guideline
- Coordinate all activities for daily shifts, special events, and catering
- Ensure unit is staffed to company guidelines. Responsible for selection, on boarding, training, and retention.
- Responsible for planning and forecasting Labor, Food Cost and other Cost Centers as directed by the GM - Direct P&L accountability
- Adheres to all Federal, State, and local laws in addition to Company policy related to employment practices.
- Serves as mentor, coach, and trainer for Restaurant staff. Champion and adhere to all Company policies.
- Understands chain of command and reports operational concerns / issues to GM.
- Effectively delegates and follows up on selected tasks while remaining accountable for restaurant while on premise and away.
- Promotes a positive, professional and harassment-free environment for guests and employees alike.
- Experience with Restaurant365, TOAST, OpenTable, Resy and Excel are helpful but not required.
