Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans
- Work closely with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals
- Provide behavioral health services to improve patient outcomes
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
