Essential Job Functions:
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
- Communicates and follows up effectively with internet customers and prospects by e-mail, phone, or in person.
- Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Offers test drives to all prospects.
- Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction with passion and determination to provide an exceptional customer experience at all times.
- Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
- Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the sales managers.
- Professional Appearance at all times.
- Proactively generate leads and capitalize on fresh opportunities while prioritizing and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Engage in constant networking and relationship-building activities.
- Overcome customer objections with innovative solutions.
- Request referrals to expand the customer base.
Position Overview:
- Compensation: $65,000 - $150,000 (Commissions)
- Highlights: Limited Cold Calling, Work/life balance, Normal business hours, Five-day work week (NO Sundays), Friendly team atmosphere
- Job Type: Sales Professional, Sales Representative, Client Advisor
- Work Hours: M-Sat, Off Sun with another day off during the week. 9-6 M-F, Sat 9-5

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of high-performance sales in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, giving full attention to what people are saying, asking questions as appropriate, managing and understanding others’ reactions.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a proactive, results-oriented work culture.
Requirements:
- Maintain a valid driver’s license within company policy requirements.
- Colorado State Vehicle Sales License or ability to obtain in first 2 weeks.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug.)
- Computer and Communication Literacy Skills.
