Responsibilities:
- Create and develop relationships with individuals across the country who are struggling to get out of debt.
- Receive and work warm leads from interested and responsive clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their financial situation and identify the right option that is most appropriate for them and their families.
- Maintain your pipeline and personalize your schedule to maximize consulting opportunities.
- Meet specified daily metrics and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- A drive for success, positive attitude, and desire to learn from industry leaders.
- Strong active listening skills, empathy, patience and a consultative ear.
- Detail-oriented
- Motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment.
- Bachelor’s or associate Degree (preferred).
- One – year sales experience (preferred),
- One - year finance industry experience (preferred).
Compensation Structure: We offer a base plus commission.
Expected Earnings: $70,000 - $150,000
