Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. The Head Chef will play a key role in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and team supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and specials that align with our hospitality standards and guest expectations.
- Oversee the kitchen team, including the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the kitchen schedule, including shift management, to ensure a seamless service.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure effective communication and timely food delivery.
- Conduct inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing food waste.
- Collaborate with the food management team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to enhance performance and skills.
- Manage and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Participate in banquet planning and execution, providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable pricing.
- Monitor and address any issues related to food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $66,687.00 - $69,857.00 per year
