Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, responsibilities may include, and not limited to:
- Review customer work orders
- Accurately enter work order information and flow down necessary information.
- Enhance communications, teamwork and collaboration through application of strong interpersonal skills.
- Assist with order and product delivery as necessary.
- Documents client satisfaction information.
- Support Account Managers with additional tasks as needed.
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Director of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and ability to multitask.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Dependable, able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Detail orientated, strong analytical skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient verbal and listening abilities with a diverse work team.
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook. JobBOSS experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Prior experience in order administration or related field is a plus
