Exagen is a patient-focused and discovery-driven life sciences company dedicated to transforming the care continuum for patients suffering from debilitating and chronic autoimmune diseases. Our goal is to enable rheumatologists to improve care for patients through the differential diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of complex autoimmune and autoimmune-related diseases, including lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. This individual will work closely with, and is expected to communicate effectively with, other staff across all departments. As Administrative Coordinator, you will help contribute to our organization’s drive to produce quality products for our patients and providers by assisting to implement consistent process and organizational improvement within the office.
Responsibilities:

Help create and maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.

Maintain scheduling and calendars for visitors, vendors, and others as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Welcome and direct visitors onsite.

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Monitor and restock office inventory and order supplies as needed.

Generate PO requests through company purchasing platforms (e.g., Great Plains).

Place orders directly with vendors via phone, email, or websites as needed.

Multi-task and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.

Impart a culture of cleanliness and organization to support our office and clinical lab operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma

Ability to work as assigned schedule and overtime hours as needed.

Ability to operate office equipment and excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay range: $25.85 - $32.50
