A dynamic company in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the US Commercial Operations Team, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service, with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing pricing administration, sales commissions, fleet vehicle administration, sample inventory, and contracts.
Sales Operations Administrator Compensation and Benefits:

Sales Operations Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative tasks including handling phone calls, mail, and computer work.
- Calculate monthly sales commissions and coordinate with payroll or finance for payment.
- Maintain organized files and records for the executive team and department.
- Create and manage departmental reports, ensuring compliance with set criteria.
- Utilize office equipment and software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
- Document standard operating procedures, prepare reports, and compile data for analysis.
- Oversee sales operations functions such as pricing, contracts administration, sales performance, and compensation.
- Manage fleet vehicles, including coordinating vehicles for new hires, maintenance approvals, and handling gas cards and registrations.
- Maintain sample inventory by processing orders, returns, transfers, and write-offs, while improving sales operations processes.
Sales Operations Administrator Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of office administrative experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using PCs and relevant software applications.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects.
