Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Reservations & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing reservation systems. The candidate will also oversee all business office duties such as handling phones, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking and onboarding new employees.
Duties:
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accuracy of bookings
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Handle all deposits, bank statement reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
-Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain records of reservations and prepare reports as needed.
Experience:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical duties
- Strong data entry skills.
- Previous experience in Hospitality Industry a plus.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
