Job Summary:
We are seeking a Database Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the sole responsible member for maintaining, optimizing, and implementing new measures to our existing database and data automation platforms, that allow for our team to make decisions and drive toward improved marketing campaign performance. Additionally, this role will be crucial in the development of complex company automations, systems development, and synchronization of data between platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the agency's database and related data infrastructure to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop new scripts and leverage tools such as APIs, web-hooks, etc. to capture additional data requested from the fulfillment team for advanced reporting features
- Collaborate with the Operations team to determine key opportunities for expansion, improvement, or revision within current systems infrastructure
- Assist in the development of complex automation
- Utilize problem solving skills and automation tools to ensure data integrity and synchronization across relevant platforms
- Strategize and propose possible solutions that reduce manual work and improve effectiveness/efficiency of our fulfillment team in maximizing results for our clients
- Work with cross-department team members to analyze current operational challenges and bottlenecks, and ensure execution of initiated projects, holding team members accountable for their contributions
- Help develop report concepts/wireframes to solve given problems, and collaborate with vendors/partners to develop these dashboards within RGM's reporting suite
- Assist in various tasks and projects within the company, including process improvement, road-mapping, and any other necessary tasks to help the team succeed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python
- - Strong understanding of Python programming language and its core libraries.
- Experience with Flask:
- Be comfortable with using flask to create data pipelines and work with flask extensions
- Experience in implementing asynchronous task queues using Celery.
- Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Redis.
- Proficiency in SQLAlchemy
- Strong understanding of ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) using SQLAlchemy.
- Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, database management, and system design
- Facebook Ads, CRMs, SQL databases, Google Data Studio/PowerBi
- Proficiency in GHL, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets/Excel, ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Zoom, Slack
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a startup marketing agency, particularly in automation, data analysis, and product development
- Some experience in team leadership.
- Experience with Email Marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising tools
