SIX POINTS HARDWARE is a 4th generation family owned business in the Phoenix area. We are an Ace hardware store that offers Kitchen and bath design services. We take great pride in the customer service we offer to our clients.
```Duties:```
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects or assignments.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Assist in managing communication channels, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
```Requirements:```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic math principles for handling financial transactions.
- Experience or knowledge in 2020 software for layout design is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers is desirable.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients or customers.
- Experience or knowledge in remodeling projects is an asset.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
