Key Responsibilities:
Event Setup: Arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications, including placing tables, chairs, setting up audio/visual equipment, stages, and other necessary items.
Service Execution: Provide attentive and efficient service throughout the event, including serving food and beverages, attending to guest needs, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Breakdown: Dismantle and clean up after events, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and the event space is left in excellent condition.
Client Communication: Interact with clients and event coordinators to confirm and fulfill specific requirements, ensuring their vision is brought to life and expectations are met.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other banquet staff, kitchen team, and management to coordinate and execute events efficiently.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.
