You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
- Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
- Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
- Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients

Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter

Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals

Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security

Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients

Qualifications:-
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
