We are looking for pastry cooks with production and plating experience. Responsibilities will include station set-up and breakdown, prepping of desserts and garnishes, plating up desserts and cheese/salumi boards. Applicants must have the ability to read and follow recipes and have a basic knowledge of kitchen measurements and conversions. Two years of pastry experience and a degree in Baking & Pastry is preferred, but not required.
Must have good grooming and be able to work well with others. Also, must be able to work efficiently. And, most importantly, must be creative and passionate about food!
