Duties:
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, utilizing lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to drive change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow
- Provide training and coaching to employees on lean principles and tools
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process inefficiencies
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Sales experience is a plus, as the Lean Manager may be involved in business development activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience supervising or managing teams is preferred
- Knowledge of profit loss analysis and financial metrics related to manufacturing operations

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
