Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (2-3 years of experience)
Location: Boston, MA 02108/ Once in a week
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- 2-3+ years of experience working with and supporting a Talent Acquisition team, or a similar role.
- Partners with recruiters to schedule & coordinate interviews and provide a world-class candidate experience
- Initiate & monitor background checks, communicating updates to recruiting team and hiring manager
- Ensure new hire paperwork and i9’s (E-Verify) are completed in a timely manner
- Acts as the face of company for new hires by being a primary point of contact for general questions throughout pre-hire and onboarding periods
- Manages new hire orientation, working with cross-functional partners in IT, Facilities, Payroll, etc.
- Help with logistics and coordination for internship and co-op programs
- May be required to come into the office to meet candidates when there are on-site interviews.
- Ability to come on-site weekly to meet with the TA team in person.
- Flexibility to come on-site for some on-site interviews.
- Experience working in TA at a biotech or pharma company is preferred.

Pay: $40.00 per hour
