Billing admin responsibilities:
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.

Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.

Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.

Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.

Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.

General accounting responsibilities:
- Assist the accounting group on various clerical duties in addition to the billing cycle, such as:

Review of time and expense report submissions

Assist in the preparation of purchase orders

Follow up on unprocessed company credit card transactions

Other general bookkeeping activities as needed, depending on the skillset and experience of the candidate
