These are the key activities the Customer Support / Sales Support person would be responsible for:
- Working with our salespeople who wholesale our products to retailers and schools throughout the country
- Looking after customers who sell our products
- Communicating with other staff members within our company on various business needs
- Working with our production, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate distribution of our products
- Provide feedback to help future product development and brand expansion
Here are the main skill requirements for the Customer Support / Sales Support person:
- Experience in the sale and distribution of consumer products
- Knowledge of the supplier/customer relationship
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution
- Effective and meaningful communication with customers
- Knowledge of computer, mobile, and traditional methods of communication
Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:00.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
