Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Supervise spa staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales of spa products
- Handle payroll duties and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales within a spa or similar setting
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as payroll management
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the overall spa experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry
