Shifts: 7:30am-4:30pm EST (open lobby) or 8:30am-5:30pm EST (close lobby)
Job Description:
- The Lobby Ambassador must be highly hospitable, have a sense of urgency, anticipate the needs of client’s employees and guests and work well under pressure.
- Salesforce Tower is a fast paced, high energy environment
- The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for client’s employees and guests arriving into client’s space.
- Client expects all interactions to be pleasant and helpful.
- The Lobby Ambassador acts as a constant resource for client’s employees and makes the first direct impression on client’s customers.
- The candidate selected will need to be energetic and very flexible with their schedule as it can change with short notice.
- This candidate must be a real team player.
- Someone who wants to be supportive of the team and is willing to jump in and help wherever necessary.
Tasks:
- Complete a daily checklist of basic tasks to maintain the space, maintain an electronic list of access cards assigned to staff, providing lost or damaged access card numbers to the security team for cancellation, respond to all communication on Slack and email in a timely manner.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience required, proficient at using Google Apps and Slack, must be willing/able to learn and use Salesforce programs, has a strong ability to take direction and follow instruction both oral and written, has good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills, submit timesheet for approval every Friday.
Pay Range: $17- $21
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
