Description:

Work with a team of service advisors to provide guests with an excellent service repair and maintenance experience

Regulate the flow of traffic in the service drive

Assist in managing appointment and customer capacity
-
Communicate with shop foreman and service manager regarding work flow to prepare advisor team and manage work capacity

Monitor RO's to help ensure completion time is met, billable hours are closed, and special order parts are tracked properly
-
Enhance department CSI by elevating the customer experience process
-
Work with service manager to recruit, hire, train, and retain an excellent staff
-
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Prior experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager, or service BDC manager
-
Excellent customer service experience both in-person and over the phone
-
Excellent leadership abilities

Must maintain a valid and clean GA driver's license

Must submit to and pass a background and drug screening
Working Environment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
