Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and invoicing to clients and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This is a vital role within our organization, as it directly impacts employee satisfaction and financial stability.
Duties:
-Some evening and weekends, remote call taking
- Process payroll on a regular basis, including calculating hours worked, overtime, and deductions
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficient in using payroll software such as QuickBooks, Kronos, UltiPro, Ceridian, etc.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting principles and account reconciliation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $500.00 per month
