Actively seeking Service Writers/Advisors & Managers for Smith Auto Group in Lowell, IN.
- Applicants will need to have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and be passionate about the customer, and work being performed.
- Strong, positive communication skills, with the customer and teammates.
- Have the Ability & Show strong performance with selling recommended services.
- Must Exceed in a fast-paced environment. Be computer & phone literate.
- Greet customers and complete service request; suggest services and specials. Prioritize required services and provide options. Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
Knowing the ERA system, Ford & Chevrolet are major assets!
Must have Valid driver’s license & Pass Drug Screen. Must be reliable.

Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics and repair experience
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in auto estimating and service writing
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems
- Experience in managing an auto service department
- Upselling experience in an automotive setting
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
