Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the established time frame.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Understand and adopt the organization program management process for daily operations.
- Send out and archive meeting notes after every meeting, clearly identifying action items and responsible parties.
- Enter action items into our CRM and PM tool depending on the scope of the action item.
- Ensure committed actions are completed promptly, with expected quality, and according to standards.
- Track PM-specific semester OKRs commitment.
- Ensure all action items (Feature/Story/Task) have a description and clearly identified acceptance criteria (success criteria).
- Maintain follow-up communications with external stakeholders and action item/dependency holders outside of CRM and PM tool infrastructure.
- Track and distribute operational work, including addressing lingering assigned cases.
- Review PM-managed team's cases to ensure proper communication and resolution details are logged.
- Review SLA compliance, stale cases, and push for updates and closure.
- Review case feedback and solicit input for improvement from case owners.
- Document internal company processes, including:
- Cases dispatch and internal escalation path process.
- Peer review process and ownership in both CRM and PM Tool to ensure quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Familiarity with any PM Tool, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to track and ensure the completion of action items with high quality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document and improve internal processes.
- Agile/Scrum planning experience needed. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to forecast project outcomes and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- IT project management background.
