Job Title: Admin Processing Clerk (Level 2)
Location: Lanham, MD (Onsite)
Shift: Mondy-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm EST.
Pay: $16.50/hour
Type: Contract, potential to go Permanent.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare court folders for client court hearings
· Prepare and mail court hearing letters
· Prepare and mail Retraction letters (if needed)
· Prepare and mail more information needed documents
· Other office tasks when help is needed
Requirements:
· 2+ Years of Administrative Experience
· Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
· High attention to detail and accuracy of work
· Experience with Windows Computers, Copier, Mail/Postage Machines, Printers.
